Rear boundary T2 Cotoneaster x 1 The screening at the rear is important. Reduce by approximately 2m ensuring that the second floor window at the back isn't exposed to the kitchen window. Remove any creeper that doesn???t contribute to the screening. rear right T4 Magnolia x 1 (Magnolia spp) This tree grows close to the building and has not been reduced for some time.
