Submission of details of the following documents, in consultation with TfL Infrastructure Protection, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority which: 1. Demonstrate to TfL's satisfaction that the methods and timing of the works are not contrary to the contents of London Underground's document 'Special Conditions for Outside Parties working on or near the railway'; 2. Provide details on the use of tall plant/scaffolding; 3. Demonstrate to TfL's satisfaction that the proposed works including temporary works will not cause any implication or have the need for upgrading of railway security. Pursuant to condition 6 of planning permission ref: 2026/00370/VAR granted 8th April 2026.
