Development description :
Submission of details of fugitive dust particulates (PM 10, PM2.5) emissions control in compliance with the Mayor of London's IThe Control of Dust and Emissions during Construction and Demolition' SPG, July 2014, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Council. Details of installation shall include photographic confirmation of the temporary solid timber hoarded fencing (minimum height 2.5 metres) in accordance with BS 59752:2024 around the perimeter of the site on all site boundaries pursuant to condition 10 of planning permission ref: 2025/01723/FUL granted 1st July 2026..
