Proposal	Pruning works to the 8 remaining lime trees along Oaklands Grove pursuant to Planning Permission 2002/02960/FUL and subject to Tree Preservation Order T103/1/84/T4/T5/T7 and T11, in particular (i) to remove all basal suckers and epicormic growth up to a height of 0.9m below original pollard points; (ii) reduce crown height to match the height of the front parapet level of the adjacent property, number 2 Oaklands Grove; and iii) prune front and rear of trees by a maximum of 1.5 metres on each side to reshape crown to encourage lateral growth and to ensure clearance from approved balconies and accessways.
