The proposed amendments incorporate revisions to the design of the proposed houses, the addition of a lower ground floor level to all of the dwellings, and revisions to the parking arrangements resulting in the addition of one space. The amendments thus result in the proposed provision of 9 dwellings (3 x four bed detached houses, 2 x four bed semi detached houses and 4 x three bed terraced houses), 15 car parking spaces and associated landscaping.
